For some of us there are days when we are so stressed we can’t think or make proper decisions. There are also days when everything is going right and your on top of everything. For others those enjoyable days are almost everyday and those days of overwhelming stress are few and far between. What is the tipping point where you need stress relief and if you don’t get it your completely miserable and unable to work and think. That is an individual point and learning that point and raising that point is important in maintaining a happy healthy life.
