Practical Stress Relief

We at Stress Reducer feel for everyone out there who has too much stress in their life. It is an all to common feeling for a lot of us. A lot of us make it by day to day but there is just an excess of negative emotional stress and it takes a toll on us weather we think it does or doesn’t; chemically, emotionally and mentally we are negatively affected by excessive stress. It wears us out and it clouds our mind, it makes us feel unwell and it slowly harms our body with cortisol and adrenaline.

There are a few very practical stress revilers that can really yield stress relief. There are products out there that can help us. There are ideas that can help us more and there are techniques that are sure to give stress relief. We will discuss a couple and continue to write more articles related to this and other related topics. It is necessary to understand the cause of stress and to identify your stress, wpractical-stress-reliefhich has been talked about on our site. It is also necessary to adapt to these stressors or avoid them all together, rather than just using stress relief. You can find all of this info in previous articles and in future articles we will expand upon these ideas.

Practical stress relief

There are many stress relief products that we will talk about in the future, once we get a bigger picture of what is a quality product and what isn’t. There are fun toys to squeeze with your hands to help relieve tension. Chinese Baoding Balls are great for some and others don’t care for them at all. There are doctor prescribed pills that usually bring sleepiness as well. There are alternative medicines with less affect (depending on the individual) but much less side-effects. I want to present a very simple, true to life stress reliever.

Deep breathing and awarness

Awareness mixed with deep breathing. When you find a situation stressful you mind and body start to respond in it’s regular ways. If you can stop the stress in its tracks or at least relieve it you will have a much easier time doing so than when the affects are reaching their peak. You must be aware of stress beginning. If you are working by yourself take a 5 minute break an just breathe deeply and fully (as described in a previous article) and you are sure to feel better and can be more productive in your work. If you are in a fast acting situation, take a figurative step back from the situation and accept it as it is. Breathe deeper and feel calmness entering your body and mind. There is much to learn in stress management and many rewards to reap the benefit of.

The Purpose of Stress

We go about our day to day lives with stress. That’s just a fact. It is not something that needs to be bad and overwhelming. There really is no escaping it, it’s a biological response that is necessary and the top researches in the field will tell you stress is a part of life until the day you die. It sounds dreary and it may sounds hopeless but that is because most people put too much negative connotations with stress.

Stress isn’t fun and most everyone doesn’t enjoy the feeling. Sure there are the stress addicts that make it a way of life for one reason or another. But it doesn’t have to be a bad thing. It doesn’t have to consume us and our focus as much as it does for most of us. The more you understand about stress and it’s nature the more power you can gain to control it.

Stress is a biological and usually a psychological response to certain external stimulus, in the medical field dubbed stressors. It is a necessary part of our brain that helps us deal with danger and challenges. It is apart of the brain with fight or flight mode, it is in our “lower brain” but that doesn’t make it any less important. It is more primal and made more for those settings than our urban industrial lives. Nature didn’t mean for it to be in a workplace, traffic, overly complex relationships, the strange societal/cultural forces, etc. It is there though and we need to learn to use it effectively.

This is a short article pointing to much more comprehensive ideas, but with articles ideas from the past and those to come will unravel and you will understand more about yourself and how you feel. There will be, with your effort, an empowerment in your life over emotional stress and it’s implications. Until that point, take it one day at a time and diversify your resources.

Finding Yourself Help with Stress

There have been a lot of changes in my life and I would like to extend them to yours. It is far to often we ignore the pressing issues in our life; we all have our excuses but eventually they just don’t cut it. We are lying to yourselves, paving the way to a worse tomorrow, and cheating the people around us of all we have to offer.

We can accept all of this as is it. There is no need to deny it and let it get the better of us. Problems come and go; the sooner we find solutions the easier life will be. This is simple and obvious. Doing it can be the opposite but we don’t need to find ourselves trapped by our problems. It just isn’t necessary. Problems are a part of life and quicker we recognize them and put our focus on the solution the quicker they dissolve and the stronger we become for it.

The stress that comes with these problems is our biggest focus on this website. Stress reducers and stress management techniques are what we try to communicate/facilitate. However there is a lot more to it and often those looking for these techniques are going about it the wrong way. It is great to reduce stress and learn stress management techniques but these are just part of the bigger picture. You must get to the root of your issues. You must have a solid foundation of ideas in addition to these rooms of stress management.

Your mind houses your essence, it contains the fundamental beliefs that shape your life. The more you look into these ideas the more you can mold them! The more you dig up your problems and face them the less stress you will have. It can be very hard to look at your problems in the face, but if you start small and be realistic you lay a smoother road for yourself to travel on for the rest of your life. What you do today will build your future, there isn’t any reason to put it off. Fear and laziness will get in your way but as long as you do your best and be real with your life it will get better and you will grow into the person you want to be.

Be happy with were you are, look at were you want to be, but stay present in the moment because that is were the future beings and that is were change happens. Empower yourself!
