What is the tipping point where you need stress relief and if you don’t get it your completely miserable and unable to work and think. That is an individual point and learning that point and raising that point is important in maintaining a happy healthy life. There are so many people out there that are slaves to themselves and their overreaction to stress. There are those who need stress relief everyday and aren’t using stress for something beneficial. For those of you out there who identify with this idea there is a lot you can do for stress relief.

Breath deep!

When you feel yourself getting overwhelmed you can start to breathe deep, identify stress that isn’t necessary and change your reaction or apply stress relief techniques. It may not be easy but it is that simple. Stress relief is a tool for everyone and being able to tap into this and being able to calm down in the midst of chaos is so valuable in life. Stress relief is obviously nice but you should ideally be cutting back on the things that don’t need to cause you stress. You have to think what stress is really worth it and what stress is just bogging you down.
